Person-Centred Counselling and ADHD Coaching to support your Therapeutic Journey, in person and online

My counselling practice is at the heart of what I do. I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences and whatever may be making life difficult.

I also offer ADHD coaching for those who would benefit from practical, personalised support with the everyday challenges associated with ADHD.

Whether you come to me for counselling, ADHD coaching or a combination of both, you will be met as an individual — not a diagnosis or a label.

Person-Centred Counselling & ADHD Coaching

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, confusing or simply harder than it should.

You may be struggling with anxiety, stress, low confidence or difficult emotions. You may feel stuck, exhausted or unsure of what you need.

Or perhaps you're living with ADHD — diagnosed or not — and finding that organisation, motivation, focus, time management or everyday life feels more difficult than you would like.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you ask for support.

Person-Centred Counselling

Counselling gives you the space to slow down, talk openly and explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgement.

You don't need to have a diagnosis or know exactly what's wrong.

Together, we can explore what you're experiencing, develop greater self-understanding and consider what you may need to feel more able to cope and move forward.

ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching is practical, collaborative and focused on helping you work with the way your brain works.

It can help with areas such as organisation, motivation, procrastination, time management, routines, focus, overwhelm and achieving your goals.

You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to access ADHD coaching.

We focus on the challenges you're experiencing and explore strategies that are realistic for your life.

If something is affecting your wellbeing or making everyday life harder, it's okay to ask for support.

Counselling, ADHD Coaching — or both?

There can sometimes be an overlap between emotional wellbeing and the practical challenges of ADHD.

For some people, counselling may be the right place to explore emotions, experiences and relationships.

For others, ADHD coaching may provide the practical support they need.

And sometimes a combination of both can be helpful.

We can talk about what you're experiencing and consider which approach — or combination — feels most appropriate for you.

Client Testimonials - Anonymous

Here are some words from previous clients who have kindly agreed to share their experiences to give you an idea of what Counselling & ADHD Coaching has meant to them:

"I have hugely benefitted from working with Jo. I don't feel like I'm carrying it all myself now. It has given me the courage to keep going, to face my pain and understand that avoiding it isn't good for my mind or body."

"Jo has helped me gain confidence in myself that I was seriously lacking. When I met her I was frightened and she brought the light back into me again. She spurred me along at every hurdle and helped me to believe in myself again. My friends and family all see a difference too and the light and positivity has all come flooding back now."
